Telling You Who We Are

Reformesa is a brand owned and operated by ESIM4HOLIDAY Limited Liability Company, a Delaware limited liability company, trading as Reformesa. We publish our registered address, a working phone number, and our support hours on every relevant page. You should always know exactly who you are buying from.

Quality You Can Verify

Every reformer is built from solid wood or aluminum-alloy frames, graded steel springs, and high-density padding. We list real specifications — dimensions, weight, weight capacity, materials — on every product page, not marketing copy standing in for facts.

Honest Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, and every order is tracked. We hold stock in a US warehouse so we can fulfill orders quickly: Free Tracked & Insured Delivery arrives in an estimated 7–12 business days, and Express Shipping ($79.95) in 5–8 business days. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout where applicable, so nothing is due on delivery. Our Shipping Policy spells all of this out.

A Warranty That Means Something

2 years on the frame, 1 year on parts. If something goes wrong under normal use, we stand behind it — not just for the first 30 days.

A Return Window You Can Actually Use

30 days, with a free prepaid return label. We know ordering a large piece of equipment sight-unseen is a leap of faith, and we want you to feel confident taking it.
