The space needed depends on the model you choose. Allow enough room for the full length of the reformer, plus extra space around it for comfortable movement. If you have limited space, a foldable reformer is usually the best option.

For Free Tracked & Insured Delivery, the estimated total delivery time is 8–15 business days. This includes 1–3 business days for processing and 7–12 business days for transit.

For Express Shipping, the estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days. This includes 1–3 business days for processing and 5–8 business days for transit.

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items, with a free prepaid return label, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Reformesa does not own a factory. We specify our equipment — frame material, spring grading, rail tolerances, padding, hardware — and established Pilates equipment manufacturers in Asia build it to that specification and ship it directly to you. We do not currently hold stock in a warehouse in the United States or Europe. That is why our prices sit below equivalent studio brands, and also why delivery takes longer. We would rather you knew that before ordering than after.
