Reformesa is a brand owned and operated by ESIM4HOLIDAY Limited Liability Company, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, trading as Reformesa. Where do your products ship from?
We specify our equipment — frame material, spring grading, rail tolerances, padding, hardware — and it's built to that specification by established Pilates equipment manufacturers. We hold stock in a US warehouse, which lets us fulfill orders quickly rather than shipping made-to-order from overseas. See our Shipping Policy for exact timelines.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, Free Tracked & Insured Delivery takes an estimated 7–12 business days in transit (8–15 business days total), and Express Shipping takes 5–8 business days in transit (6–11 business days total). These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can affect them, and we'll contact you if your order will be materially later.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Tracked & Insured Delivery is available on every order, to all countries we serve. Express Shipping is available for $79.95 if you'd like a faster transit time.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For eligible international orders, applicable duties, import taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total at checkout — you shouldn't be asked to pay anything further on delivery. If a courier or customs office asks for an additional payment, contact us before paying so we can look into it.
What is a Reformesa Pilates reformer?
A Reformesa Pilates reformer is a premium home Pilates machine designed to bring the studio experience into your own space. It uses a sliding carriage, graded resistance springs, straps, and a footbar to support controlled, low-impact movement for strength, flexibility, posture, and full-body conditioning.
Is a Pilates reformer good for beginners at home?
Yes. A reformer supports controlled movement and adjustable resistance, so you can start with simple exercises and progress gradually as your strength, balance, and confidence improve. For best results, we recommend following beginner-friendly reformer workouts or working with a certified Pilates instructor, at least when you're starting out.
How much space does a home Pilates reformer need?
It depends on the model. As a general rule, allow room for the full length of the reformer plus extra space around it for your arms, legs, straps, and comfortable range of motion. If space is tight, a foldable reformer is usually the best option — check out our Foldable Reformers collection.
What's the weight capacity of Reformesa reformers?

How is my reformer delivered?
Reformers and large equipment ship as freight. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, and standard delivery is curbside — to the curb or ground-floor entrance. It does not include carrying the item indoors, upstairs, unpacking, or assembly unless the product page explicitly says otherwise. Our reformers weigh roughly 30–90 kg, so please have a second person available.
What's your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, with a free prepaid return label, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Because reformers are large fitness machines, we recommend reviewing dimensions and specifications carefully before ordering. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What warranty comes with a Reformesa reformer?

Why choose a foldable Pilates reformer over a studio membership?
