Every Reformesa reformer is backed by a 2-year frame warranty and 1-year parts warranty from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

• Frame – 2 years: Manufacturing defects in the wood or aluminum-alloy frame under normal home use.
• Parts – 1 year: Springs, upholstery, rails, hardware, and other components, against manufacturing defects under normal use.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or use beyond the stated weight capacity
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual upholstery wear, spring fatigue after extended heavy use)
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us through our Contact page with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the problem

We'll review your claim and work with you on a repair, replacement part, or other resolution — whatever gets your equipment back to full working order fastest.
