Your order includes the aluminum reformer bed frame, one square box, one jump board, one headrest, two shoulder pillows, two lanyard posts and two drawstrings. The square box and jump board are included as standard, so you can train across a wider range of exercises without buying accessories separately.

The reformer measures 93.3 × 29.1 × 11 in, with folded dimensions of 53.5 × 29.1 × 19.7 in. It weighs 150 lbs, so two adults are recommended for receiving, positioning and assembly. Leave additional clearance around the machine for comfortable movement and full use of the ropes and straps.

The listed maximum user weight is 507 lbs. Please do not use the reformer above the stated capacity. The aluminum-alloy frame and thickened stainless steel guide rails provide a stable foundation for controlled training.

The resistance system uses imported German springs, chosen for ultra-smooth performance and durability under tension. The carriage runs on thickened stainless steel guide rails that resist deformation and corrosion, paired with a PU silent wheel set for smooth, quiet movement.

This reformer is available in Black and White. Both colours are the same price and share the same specification. Note that the assembly video on this page shows the White frame.

Every order includes tracking, and for eligible international orders all duties and import taxes are included at checkout. In-home placement, stair carry, unpacking and assembly are not included.

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return, including simply because the reformer doesn’t suit your space. Eligible returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The reformer must be unused, complete with its accessories, and returned in its original packaging — so please keep the boxes and protective foam until you’re satisfied with your order.

This reformer includes a 2-year frame warranty and a 1-year parts warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal home use. Normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification and use beyond the stated weight capacity are not covered. If you are considering commercial, rental or professional studio use, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm warranty eligibility.
