This machine requires assembly before use. At 216.1 lbs, two adults are strongly recommended for unpacking, moving and completing the setup. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around the equipment and above the tower.

Pay particular attention to the tower frame during assembly: confirm the half-height frame is square, fully bolted and locked before attaching any tower springs, and check that every spring, rope, strap and carabiner is correctly seated on its eyelet before loading it. Re-check the tower fixings periodically during regular use. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly or installation unless you have arranged white-glove delivery.

Care: Wipe the upholstery after each workout with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Clean the aluminum frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, avoiding bleach, alcohol-based products and harsh chemicals. Keep the stainless steel guide rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect the springs, ropes, straps, wheels, hardware and all tower connection points regularly, and stop using the machine if any component appears damaged. Store and use indoors, away from moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The machine must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. This machine is covered by Reformesa’s standard equipment warranty against manufacturing defects under normal home use.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated 507 lb weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function. Commercial, rental or studio use requires written confirmation from us before purchase.
