This reformer requires final setup before use. Two adults are recommended for unpacking, moving and completing the assembly. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around the equipment for safe movement.

Follow the included instructions and tighten all bolts and fittings securely. Before your first workout, check that the carriage moves smoothly and that the springs, ropes, straps, footbar and shoulder rests are correctly attached. Inspect all connections again periodically during regular use, and do not use the reformer if any component appears loose, damaged or incorrectly installed. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly, installation or in-home setup.

Care: Wipe the frame, carriage and upholstery after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid bleach, alcohol-based products and harsh chemicals. Keep the stainless steel rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect the springs, ropes, straps, pulleys, wheels and hardware regularly for wear, tighten loose fittings, and replace worn components before continuing use. Store and use indoors, away from moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, and avoid resting heavy objects on the upholstery between sessions.

Because of its size and 198 lb shipping weight, this reformer travels by insured freight carrier with curbside delivery. The carrier delivers to your curb or driveway; in-home placement, stair carry, unpacking and assembly are not included.

For eligible international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are included in the total shown at checkout — nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The reformer must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the aluminum alloy frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other components against manufacturing defects.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated 507 lb weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function.
