The chair requires assembly before use. The central frame with its two steel bars is designed to make this straightforward, but a second pair of hands is still worth having. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with clearance around it for standing and stepping work.

Before your first session, check that all bolts and fittings are secure, that the handles are locked at your chosen height, and that both springs are correctly seated on their hooks. Re-check the spring hooks and handle fixings regularly — chair work loads them differently from a reformer, often through a single point. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly or installation.

Care: Wipe the upholstery after each session with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Clean the maple frame with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Inspect the springs, hooks, handles, pedal mechanism and stainless steel fittings regularly, and stop using the chair if any component appears worn or damaged. Store and use indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity — maple is a natural material and can be marked by prolonged damp or heat.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The chair must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the box until you are satisfied with your order. This chair is covered by Reformesa’s standard equipment warranty against manufacturing defects under normal home use.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function. Commercial, rental or studio use requires written confirmation from us before purchase.
