The reformer arrives partially assembled and requires light setup. An installation tool kit is included. Because the product weighs 68 kg / 150 lb, two-person handling is recommended during unpacking, assembly and positioning.

Delivery does not include assembly, installation or in-home setup.

Care: Wipe the frame, carriage, padding and rails with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use. Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner when needed and avoid bleach, alcohol-based products and abrasive sponges. Keep the guide rails free of dust and debris, inspect springs, ropes, straps, wheels and hardware regularly for wear, and store indoors away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The reformer must be unused, complete with all accessories and tools, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the aluminum-alloy frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other components against manufacturing defects.
