This apparatus requires full assembly before use. At 297.6 lbs and nearly 7 ft tall it is the largest machine we make, so two adults are strongly recommended throughout, and a third pair of hands is genuinely useful when raising the overhead frame. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around and above the frame.

The overhead frame carries load during suspension, hanging and assisted work, so it deserves particular care: confirm the frame is square, fully bolted and locked before attaching the push-through bar, roll-down bar, swing, straps or any springs, and check that every spring, rope, strap and carabiner is correctly seated on its eyelet before loading it. Re-check the overhead fixings regularly during use, and never exceed the rated load of any attachment point. When switching between reformer, tower and Cadillac modes, confirm every component you have moved is locked before training. Keep children and pets away during assembly, mode changes and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly or installation unless you have arranged white-glove delivery.

Care: Wipe the microfiber leather upholstery after each session with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Clean the maple frame with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Keep the aluminum alloy guide rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect all twenty-four springs, plus the ropes, straps, pulleys, bars, wheels, hardware and every overhead connection point regularly, and stop using the apparatus if any component appears worn or damaged. Store and use indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity — maple is a natural material and can be marked by prolonged damp or heat.

For eligible international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are included in the total shown at checkout — nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The apparatus must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the maple wood frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other components against manufacturing defects.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated 661.4 lb weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function.
