The chair requires assembly before use. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with clear space around it for standing and stepping work.

Before your first session, check that all bolts and fittings are secure and that every spring is correctly seated on its hook at your chosen resistance. Re-check the spring hooks and pedal fixings regularly — chair work loads them through a single point, often with your full body weight, so a loose fitting matters more here than on a reformer. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly or installation.

Care: Wipe the upholstery after each session with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Clean the maple frame with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Inspect the springs, hooks, pedal mechanism and fittings regularly, and stop using the chair if any component appears worn or damaged. Store and use indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity — maple is a natural material and can be marked by prolonged damp or heat.

Express Shipping — $79.95, estimated 5–8 business days in transit (6–11 business days total).

The chair ships by standard parcel courier, boxed and protected — no freight appointment to arrange, and it comes to your door rather than the curb.

For eligible international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are included in the total shown at checkout — nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The chair must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the box until you are satisfied with your order. This chair is covered by Reformesa’s standard equipment warranty against manufacturing defects under normal home use.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function. Commercial, rental or studio use requires written confirmation from us before purchase.
