This is a full-size, fixed-frame reformer — it does not fold. Please check the assembled dimensions against your space before ordering, and leave additional clearance around the machine for comfortable, safe movement and full use of the ropes and straps.

This reformer requires assembly before use. Because of its 172 lb weight, two adults are recommended for unpacking, moving and completing the setup. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around the equipment for safe movement.

Before your first workout, check that all bolts and fittings are secure, and confirm that the carriage, footbar, springs, straps, shoulder rests and accessories are correctly installed. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly, installation or in-home setup.

Care: Wipe the microfiber leather upholstery after each workout with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Clean the maple frame with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Keep the aluminum alloy guide rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect the springs, straps, ropes, wheels, hardware and connection points regularly, and stop using the reformer if any component appears damaged. Store and use indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity — maple is a natural material and can be marked by prolonged damp or heat.

Because of its size and 172 lb weight, this reformer ships by insured freight carrier with curbside delivery. The carrier delivers to your curb or driveway; in-home placement, stair carry, unpacking and assembly are not included.

For eligible international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are included in the total shown at checkout — nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The reformer must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the maple wood frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other components against manufacturing defects.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated 440.9 lb weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function.
