This machine requires assembly before use. At 242.5 lbs and nearly 7 ft tall, two adults are strongly recommended throughout, and a third pair of hands is useful when raising the tower frame. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around the equipment and above the tower.

The tower carries load during push-through and overhead work, so it deserves particular care: confirm the tower frame is square, fully bolted and locked before attaching the push-through bar, roll-down bar or any tower springs, and check that every spring, rope, strap and carabiner is correctly seated on its eyelet before loading it. Re-check the tower fixings periodically during regular use. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly or installation unless you have arranged white-glove delivery.

Care: Wipe the microfiber leather upholstery after each workout with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Clean the maple frame with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Keep the aluminum alloy guide rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect all fourteen springs, plus the ropes, straps, pulleys, bars, wheels, hardware and tower connection points regularly, and stop using the machine if any component appears damaged. Store and use indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity — maple is a natural material and can be marked by prolonged damp or heat.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The machine must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the maple wood frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other components against manufacturing defects.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated 440.9 lb weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function.
