A 20cm ball is small by design. Placed under the lower back it supports controlled abdominal work; between the thighs it activates the inner thighs and pelvic floor; behind the shoulders it opens the chest for posture work. It is also widely used in rehabilitation for gentle, low-load movement.

Inflate until firm but still slightly yielding — an over-inflated ball is harder to control and puts more stress on the seam. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use, and store away from direct sunlight, heat and sharp objects.
