Assembly & Care

The reformer arrives partially assembled and requires light setup before first use. Two adults are recommended for safe assembly and positioning.

Place the reformer on a flat, stable surface, check that all bolts and locking mechanisms are securely tightened, and confirm the springs, ropes and straps are correctly connected before use.

Delivery does not include assembly, installation or in-home setup.

Care: Wipe the frame, carriage and upholstery after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth, drying immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol and bleach. Keep the wooden frame away from excess moisture, direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the guide rails free of dust and debris, and inspect the springs, ropes, straps, wheels and hardware regularly for wear.

Free Tracked & Insured Delivery — no cost, estimated 7–12 business days in transit. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, so estimated total delivery is 8–15 business days.

Express Shipping — $79.95, estimated 5–8 business days in transit (6–11 business days total).

For eligible international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are included in the total shown at checkout — nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The reformer must be unused, complete with all accessories and tools, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. Warranty

2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the wood frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other components against manufacturing defects.

Five-Spring Resistance System

Five adjustable resistance springs let you set the intensity of every session. Add or remove springs as your strength, control and experience develop — lighter loads for controlled, low-impact work, heavier loads as your practice advances.

Folds Down, Stands Upright

After your session the reformer folds to 48 × 26.6 × 18.5 in and stands upright, so your living room stays your living room. Transport wheels help you reposition it without dragging the frame across the floor.

Because of its size, two-person handling is recommended when folding or moving it.
