Some setup is required. Because the reformer weighs 68 kg (149.9 lbs), two capable adults are recommended for unpacking, positioning and assembly. An installation tool kit is included. Assemble the reformer in its intended location on a flat, level floor, and fully tighten all bolts and fittings before attaching the springs and accessories.

Before each session, inspect the frame, springs, straps, clips, ropes and attachment points, and confirm that all bolts and fittings remain securely tightened. Do not use the reformer if any component appears worn, loose or damaged. Beginners should learn spring setup and technique with a qualified Pilates instructor.

Delivery does not include assembly, installation or in-home setup.

Care: Wipe the microfiber upholstery after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, drying immediately. Clean the oak frame with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth — do not saturate the wood or let moisture sit on the surface. Wipe the rails and hardware regularly to remove dust and residue. Avoid bleach, solvents, abrasive sponges and oil-based cleaners. Inspect springs for deformation or loss of tension, check straps and ropes for fraying, and retighten frame bolts periodically. Store indoors in a dry, well-ventilated space away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The reformer must be unused, complete with all accessories and tools, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the solid oak frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other eligible non-consumable components.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function.
