Use & Care
Use & Care
Stand the pole on a flat, stable indoor surface with clear space around you — the work is done standing, and you need room to move in every direction without reaching an obstacle.
Before each session, check that the springs and handles are correctly seated and that the base is stable. Because the resistance acts on your balance rather than against a fixed carriage, work slowly at first and keep a wall or chair within reach until you are confident.
Care: Wipe down after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Inspect the springs, handles and fittings regularly and stop using the apparatus if any component appears worn or damaged. Store indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Pedi Pole for?
It is a standing apparatus used to develop balance, alignment and upper-body control. The sprung handles resist your movement in a way that constantly challenges stability, which recruits the deep postural muscles rather than the large surface ones. It is widely used both in rehabilitation and by advanced practitioners refining their form.
How is it different from other Pilates equipment?
Everything else in a studio supports you — a reformer carriage, a chair seat, a barrel. The Pedi Pole does not. You work standing and unsupported, which is precisely why it builds balance and postural control that transfer into everyday movement.
Is it suitable for beginners?
It can be, but it demands more balance than most Pilates equipment because you are standing and unsupported. Work slowly at first and keep a wall or chair within reach until you are confident. If you are recovering from an injury or have balance concerns, check with your physiotherapist before starting.
How much space does it need?
It is freestanding, so it needs a flat, stable indoor surface with clear space around you in every direction — the work is standing and you will move through a full arm range. For the exact height and base footprint, email hello@reformesa.com and we will confirm before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Free Tracked & Insured Delivery is included at no cost, estimated 7–12 business days in transit after 1–3 business days processing. Express Shipping is available for $79.95. It ships by standard parcel courier to your door, with tracking on every order.
Can I return it?
Yes. 30 calendar days from delivery, and eligible returns are free — prepaid label or arranged collection, no restocking fee. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
