Squeeze the ring between your palms at chest height for arms and chest, or place it between the ankles or thighs for inner-thigh and pelvic floor work. The padded grips mean you can press from either the inner or outer edge.

Work slowly and release under control rather than letting the ring spring back — the resistance is most useful on the way out, not the way in.

Wipe the pads and frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use and store flat, away from direct sunlight and heat. Stop using the ring if the frame shows any crack or the padding works loose.
