No assembly required. Place it on a flat, stable surface with clear space around it, particularly at the head end where you will extend back over the arc.
Care: Wipe the PU leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap after each session, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Inspect the seams and foam periodically and stop using it if the padding has lost its support. Store indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat.

How is this different from a full spine corrector?
It is lower and gentler. At 18 cm high the arc is about half the height of a full-size spine corrector, so extension work is more accessible if your flexibility is limited or you are returning to movement. It is also considerably lighter at 10 lb, and needs no assembly. If you want maximum extension, one of our full spine correctors is the better fit.
What do I use it for?
Spine extension and stretching, controlled core work, mobility drills and everyday posture support. The gentle curve cradles the back to open the chest and lengthen the spine through a range that floor work does not reach.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes — the lower, gradual curve is specifically what makes it approachable. If you have a back condition or are recovering from injury, check with your physiotherapist or doctor before starting extension work.
How much space does it need?
