This reformer requires assembly before use. Because of its 172 lb weight, two adults are recommended for unpacking, moving and completing the setup. Install it on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around the equipment for safe movement.

Before your first workout, check that all bolts and fittings are secure, and confirm that the carriage, footbar, springs, straps, shoulder rests and accessories are correctly installed. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly, installation or in-home setup.

Care: Wipe the upholstery after each workout with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Clean the solid-wood frame with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Keep the stainless steel guide rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect the springs, straps, ropes, wheels, hardware and connection points regularly, and stop using the reformer if any component appears damaged. Store and use indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. The reformer must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in its original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the solid-wood frame under normal home use.

1-year parts warranty on springs, upholstery, rails, hardware and other components against manufacturing defects.
