When planning a studio floor, allow generous clearance between machines — clients need room to mount and dismount safely, to use the ropes and straps at full extension, and for an instructor to move around every machine. The sum of the footprints is not enough space.

Each machine requires assembly. At 172 lbs per reformer, plan two adults per unit and a full session rather than an hour — five machines is a substantial installation, not an afternoon job.

Install each on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around it. Before first use, check that all bolts and fittings are secure and that the carriage, footbar, springs, straps, shoulder rests, stability platform and accessories are correctly installed on every machine. Keep children and pets away during assembly.

Delivery does not include assembly or installation.

Care: Wipe the microfiber leather after each session with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap — in a studio, between clients. Clean the maple frames with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Keep the aluminum alloy guide rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect springs, ropes, straps, wheels and hardware on every machine regularly, and take any unit out of service if a component appears damaged. Maple is a natural material — keep the machines away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity.

Free insured freight delivery — no cost, estimated 7–12 business days in transit. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, so estimated total delivery is 8–15 business days.

Because of the size and weight, this bundle ships by insured freight carrier with curbside delivery — the carrier delivers to your curb or driveway. In-home placement, stair carry, unpacking and assembly are not included. For a multi-machine order it is worth arranging help at your end in advance, and contacting us so we can plan a delivery date that suits your studio.

For eligible international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are included at checkout.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — prepaid labels or arranged collection, no restocking fee. Machines must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in their original packaging — so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with the order. 2-year frame warranty on manufacturing defects in the maple wood frames under normal use.

Studio and commercial use: because this bundle is intended for studio settings, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm your warranty terms in writing. Commercial, rental and studio use is assessed separately from home use, and we would rather agree that up front than leave it ambiguous.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated 440.9 lb weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function.
