Please note the 74.8 in tower height — check your ceiling clearance before ordering, and allow extra headroom above the towers for standing and overhead work. When planning a studio layout, allow generous clearance between machines for safe movement, full use of the ropes and straps, and instructor access.

Each machine requires assembly before use. At 242.5 lbs per reformer, two adults are strongly recommended per unit, and you should plan for a full session rather than an hour — a five-machine bundle is a substantial installation. Install each on a flat, stable indoor surface with sufficient clearance around the equipment and above the tower.

Pay particular attention to the tower on every machine: confirm each half-height frame is square, fully bolted and locked before attaching any tower springs, and check that every spring, rope, strap and carabiner is correctly seated on its eyelet before loading it. Re-check the tower fixings periodically during regular use — more often in a studio setting, where machines see far more hours than a home reformer. Keep children and pets away during assembly and adjustment.

Delivery does not include assembly or installation unless you have arranged white-glove delivery. For a multi-machine order this is worth discussing with us in advance.

Care: Wipe the microfiber leather upholstery after each session with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly — in a studio, between clients. Clean the wood frames with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Keep the aluminum alloy guide rails free from dust, hair and debris. Inspect springs, ropes, straps, wheels, hardware and tower connection points on every machine regularly, and take any unit out of service if a component appears damaged. Store and use indoors in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heaters and excessive humidity.

White-glove delivery is available — please contact us before ordering if you would like it arranged, and we will confirm availability and cost for your address. For a multi-machine bundle this is worth planning in advance, along with a delivery date that suits your studio.

For eligible international orders, duties, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are included in the total shown at checkout — nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Eligible returns are free — we provide a prepaid label or arrange carrier collection, with no restocking fee and no return-processing fee. Machines must be unused, complete with all accessories, and returned in their original protective packaging, so please keep the boxes until you are satisfied with your order. These machines are covered by Reformesa’s standard equipment warranty against manufacturing defects.

Studio and commercial use: because this bundle is intended for studio settings, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm your warranty terms in writing. Commercial, rental and studio use is assessed separately from home use.

Not covered: misuse, improper assembly, use beyond the stated 440.9 lb weight capacity, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, and cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect function.
