No assembly required. Place the box on the reformer carriage for short-box and long-box work, or on the floor for seated and supported exercises. Check it sits flat and stable before loading weight onto it.

Care: Wipe the leatherette with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap after each session, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents, which mark PU permanently. Inspect the seams and the foam periodically and stop using the box if the padding has lost its support. Store indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat.
