Wall mounting is required and the hardware is supplied. Two people make the job considerably easier — one to hold the panel level, one to fix it. Confirm the fixings are seated in structural timber or masonry before applying any spring load.

Before each session, check that every spring, bar, strap and carabiner is correctly seated on its hook. Re-check the wall fixings periodically — repeated spring load works against them over time, and this is the one component where a failure matters.

Care: Wipe the maple with a dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth, avoiding excess water, abrasive cleaners, bleach and solvents. Inspect the springs, bands, straps and hooks regularly and replace anything showing wear. Keep the board indoors, away from damp and direct sunlight.
